Matt Hipps serves as the Head Golf Professional at World Golf Village, bringing over 20 years of experience from top-tier private country clubs. With a deep background in tournament operations, member engagement, golf instruction, and retail management, Matt joined our team on March 3, 2025. Prior to World Golf Village, Matt was the Head Golf Professional at Amelia National Golf & Country Club, where he managed all aspects of the golf program. His career also includes key leadership roles at Shark’s Tooth Golf Club, The Cliffs Valley, and Sawgrass Country Club. In these positions, he built strong tournament programs, developed innovative instructional clinics, and played a vital role in club operations.
